Adams County Commissioners Award Nearly $5.3 Million in Open Space Grants - Thanks to the voter-approved Open Space Sales Tax, the Adams County Board of Commissioners awarded nearly $5.3 million in open space grants for 17 projects during the May 12, 2015 public hearing.
